We kicked off our summer Senior Portrait Sessions for the Class of 2016 with Gabe Pagat from Fossil Ridge High School. I am really excited to share his session as inspiration for high school senior boys! Gabe rocked the prep guy style in button-down shirts from Polo and Tommy Hilfiger. He mixed it up by alternating denim and khaki pants with a pair of walking shorts. I love this style for men and boys! Because of its origin in sports (button down shirts were designed for polo riders), the button down shirt is the least dressy shirt collar making them a perfect casual choice for any occasion. We always recommend that our clients bring 3 to 4 clothing choices and we will select the best location to compliment their style. For Gabe's style, we chose the alleys of Old Town Fort Collins and then headed to a natural area to match his love of the outdoors.
The day after we captured his Senior Photos, Gabe flew to Hawaii to visit family and spend the summer eating fresh pineapple on the beach. Yep, I am a little bit jealous. He will return in time to start his senior year playing on FRHS's Boys Tennis Team. As he begins to fill out college applications, his favorite quote and advice for younger teens is "Keep Moving Forward." Wise words, Gabe!
