Who doesn't love a portrait taken when the leaves are changing?  All over town, the sunlight trickles through golden leaves and it does take your breath away.  But lets be real.  In Northern Colorado we only have a couple of weeks of peak Fall color.  Fortunately, the Fall season brings beautiful warm light that lasts from September through November.  This golden light is gorgeous when it lights up your face during your Senior Portrait Session!  To make the most of the yellow hues in the Fall, it helps to wear complimentary colors like blue and purple or an analogous color like forrest green.  These hues will make you pop in a Fall portrait whether it is in an urban setting or a natural area.  And then follow Vanessa's example and bring along the perfect accessory - your furry friend!
